          WHAT IF I AM NOT IN CANADA OR THE U.S.?

          We are currently only shipping to Canada and the U.S.

           

          CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A PO BOX?

          Yes, PO Boxes are valid shipping addresses.

           

          CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

          You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

           

          HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

          You should receive an order confirmation email within hours of placing your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged in our shipping facility. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed out the next business day. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

           

          HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

          Arrival time depends on shipping option that is selected at checkout. Please refer to "SHIPPING OPTIONS" for more information. 

          For shipments to remote locations, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

           

          HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

          Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

           

          WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?

          Here at BUWU, we want our customers to be 100% happy. 

          We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and email hello@buwu.ca so that we can assist you with your order.

          Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

           

          CAN I REDIRECT MY ORDER?

          Please check that we are shipping your package to the correct address. Once shipped, extra charges will apply to re-direct your order. Please contact us at hello@buwu.com for any changes to be made to your delivery location.

           

          WHAT CAN I RETURN?

          You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition with tags (unwashed and unworn) or defective. Items purchased using a promotion code is eligible for an exchange only. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

           

          CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE?

          You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Unfortunately, we do not offer full refund on discounted/promotion code items.

           

          CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT ON MY ONLINE ORDER?

          Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down or eligible within 14 days of your order date.

          Simply send us an email message at hello@buwu.ca within the fourteen 14 day window. We'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

           

          HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

          Please first ensure that your items are eligible and that you request your return within 14 days of receiving your items (based off the date of delivery attached to your tracking number). If your items are not eligible for a return, or your request is past 14 days of delivery your return request will be denied.

          To request a return, contact us at hello@buwu.ca with your order number, a list of the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Client Experience team receives your email, they'll email you with the next steps.

          Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs. 

           

          HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

          Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be issued. Know that our team will notify you once the refund has been processed.


          Depending on your financial institution, it can take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see the refund past 7 business days, please reach out to your financial institution.
